We provide delivery to all other EU countries, Norway and UK. Delivery in Europe usually takes 7-15 working days.

CLAIMS
Please check your parcel right after delivery.
If your order is damaged while in transit.
In case of damage during transit, you are entitled to a refund or replacement at no extra cost to you. We will require photographic proof of the damage, this must be sent to us before we can process your request. Please sent Photos via email to info@biciusodzius.lt .
All breakage claims must be reported immediately after receipt of the parcel!
Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with product you purchased, just let us know! We are here to help you!
You will have 14 Days after receiving your product to return it.
If you are not happy with the taste of honey or any aspects of the candle or other product quality you received, you can send it back to us, however, we only accept this type of returns if the honey jars are more than 3/4 full, candles 1/4 burned, or other products used not more that this proportion.
If you want to return your product we will cover the return costs, so there is no risk for you.
If you received your parcel damaged or it is missing, please notify us immediately.
We will exchange the item or refund you the purchase price and the original postage fee if applicable.
