Our Buckwheat Honey nectar bees collects from organic buckwheat field which is full of thistle herbs. This unique combination naturally gives creamy dark consistency and bright taste with caramel notes. Just try, it’s unique Honey! As we harvest our buckwheat Honey just in this one field- it’s “limited edition” ever year.

Raw Honey has the tendency to crystallize quickly. This is a natural process of raw honey and it does not affect the quality. If you prefer runny honey just place the jars in warm water (max 40C) or put it on the radiator and it will return to its runny form. Never microwave Raw Honey!
